Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

Integration with Banking apps (& industry specific apps)

This feature would be useful for a lot of organisations that deal with making payments to clients. For example, accountants working with solicitors use LEAP (case management software) to track claim payouts, and payouts are done through a banking portal, with the addition of another 3rd party software to enable data transfer (or a manual step). This process can be simplified if Digey could be integrated with LEAP+banking app which could extract details from LEAP and make the payments.
This idea is specific to one industry only but surely there could be more industry-specific digey skills combinations.

    This functionality is not planned to be added natively but Watson Orchestrate includes a SDK feature which allows to define custom skills to connect to any system by either importing an OpenAPI spec for that capabilitiy end-point or, if not API exist, that of an RPA bot connecting to the same at the screen level.

    Our SDK documentation on how to create custom skills is now availabe @ https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/watson-orchestrate?topic=watson-orchestrate-sdk-tech-preview

    This wil be how you intregrate with those Banking apps that we do not have in plan to provide out-of-the-box at this time.

    It is good to hear about what other systems you have in mind!

    In addition to provide skills to various apps for everyone to configure, we will also provide a way to create new skills to connect to apps we have not yet provide out of the box. If those specific solutions are not in plan, this means you will still be able to connect to them through skills you make available for your team to us in addition to those we provide.

    We will keep you posted on when that is available.
