as far as i know, there are three aspect with language limitation
1. the default llm in wxo have limited capability of Chinese, good news is we can have improved by introduce external llm; but not like saas deepseek or qwen
2. the default knowledge base function have poor capability of Chinese support, it might due to the background embedding model not well support chinese
3. There are some build in system prompt , like You are wxo.... those are in English and not configurable.
Feel free to correct me if am wrong above.
thank you for your input. The new agent tech we GAed this week on-prem should support full Chinese chat capabilities through the LLM: the agent can be instructed to speak in a specific language / the one the user uses, and the LLM can handle traduction of all content on the fly. Can you confirm this addresses the most pressing aspect of this?
Remains then the UI of the product itself which is TBD but assume it is not as pressing, let us know.
