Refugee Crisis: Interview Analysis

Refugees and Asylum Applicants are interviewed verbally. In most cases translators give answers in german. These answers are written manually into a protokol. The given information is critical for two reasons. Decision to Stay and Security. Today All information details are verified manually in a "best to know" approach.

What if the interview would be automatically written due to speech to text and analyzed intelligently.

By the way: This is appropriate for all verbal interviews. eG. Job Seeker Interviews

So the ask is to provide speech to text for German correct? If so, we already have a idea for it SST-I-17

I would add that a machine translation can further strengthen this. However, we would need to overcome the typical constraints, that all languages are only translated to English, as we all know that a two-phased translation say from an Asian or MidEast Language translated to English, then translated to say German results in low quality that no client would accept as being valuable.
