Provisioning APIs for Speech to Text and Text to Speech Library (under Premiun Plan)

The provisioning of the Premium Plan is a manual process.

On EA side, before the request makes its way over to you, the following happens:

- Game titles start to create a new project and reach out to us to provision these instances - Jira Ticket

- I create these requests manually - (SLA to action 3 Days)

- IBM takes from 3 - 7 days to provision the instances

- I need to manually monitor these instances and once provisioned, I need to take the API keys and manually hand them over to an engineer in one of the supporting teams - SLA 2 days

- The support team adds these API keys into a trust store or vault and ensures that it is accessible from the Game team - SLA 2 days

- If both the instances (STT and TTS) are not provisioned at the same time, it will incur an additional 3 - 5 days to SLA

Total SLA range = 13 - 19 days

This is a lot of wasted effort and time between multiple teams.

In light of this, EA has developed an automation that provides the Game team a 1 click solution that requests the provisioning of instances and places the secret in the trust store when available without having to deal with tickets or interfacing with engineers from multiple teams and needing to follow up constantly.

This reduces the SLA from 13 - 19 days to 3 - 7 days (Basically the time that IBM takes to provision these instances)
