Shape the future of IBM watsonx Orchestrate

Start by searching and reviewing ideas others have posted, and add a comment (private if needed), vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you.

If you can't find what you are looking for, create a new idea:

  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

  2. add as much detail as possible, including use-case, examples & screenshots (put anything confidential in Hidden details field or a private comment)

  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

[For IBMers] Add customer/project name, details & timeline in Hidden details field or a private comment (only visible to you and the IBM product team).

This all helps to scope and prioritize your idea among many other good ones. Thank you for your feedback!

Retreive sound file previously streamed to Watson Speech-to-Text

When working on improving our product, we'd like to capture field failures that could be used to train our custom speech-to-text model.  We have a wake word (handled locally) and then we establish a connection to IBM Watson's Speech-to-Text service for a more complicated command.  If the command was not understood, there are four possibilities:

1) User error - invalid or no command

2) User changed his mind after saying wake word - no command

3) Wake Word detection error - the wake word heard but not actually said, so no command was issued

4) Command detections error - Watson didn't correctly understand what the user said

Being able to retrieve from Watson, after the fact, interesting sound files could help us find things that fall into case #4 and help us train our custom model better.

Okay. Thanks for considering and recommending an alternative.

No plan - Recommendation is to rely on other external components like Voice Gateway which can capture incoming audio recordings
