Implementation of integrations marketplace Merged

Currently there are little predefined integrations. If you want something more custom you need to build it yourself every time. Creating an integrations marketplace where third parties can create custom integrations and sell them would be great for IBM Assistants because It would allow a million out-of-the-box integrations, making our chatbot agent the best available chatbot on the market.
