  3. Explain business impact and timeline of project being affected

[For IBMers] Add customer/project name, details & timeline in Hidden details field or a private comment (only visible to you and the IBM product team).

Ability to configure permission to agents/tools

There is no feature to control access for agents/tools currently - users with developer or higher role in the same tenant can view and edit all agents and tools.

However, for companies who consider that the AI agent tool will be launched to all employees as an AI platform and it is allowed to freely create their own agent (End User Computing style), the management team needs the access control ability to give/remove the permission for each agent and tool depending on departments/groups/users.

With the expected function, the IT management team can give the permission for specified user group or user to:

  • access or edit each agent/tool

  • add or remove other users into the access group

Thank you for the input, is that from the builder and/or end-user point of view? We are working on that this year.
