  1. stick to one feature enhancement per idea

Ability to create access groups and/or workspaces to control builder access to tools/agents

It will be great to enable the creation of distinct access groups and workspaces within a single tenant.

This will ensure that different sets of users [runtime aspect tracked as https://watson-orchestrate.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/LSABER-I-1439] and builders have visibility and access to only specific custom tools and agents relevant to their role or project.

    We need tto have custom role created with access restricted to add new tools/knowledge source using ADK access. These actions we need to restrict to an admin role .

    Due some additional dependencies like MCSP2.0, this will be done first for IBM Cloud.

    AWS will come next, similarly for CP4D with additional things to be considered. . All aimed for 1Q.

    We would need user role management and ability to manage organization by folders from security point of view.
    We could have the function in wxO or integration with company user directly system like AD.
