Built-in compression and summarization tools for context window compaction

Customer has use cases that involve pulling in large API responses that can exceed the context window. They want to feed in these responses to the LLM to incorporate them into a federated report, but the large responses break the workflow.

In order to deal with this, they have created

1/ custom compression tools to shrink the number of repetitive tokens in the response

and

2/ summarization tools to take large responses, chunk them, summarize the chunks, and then glue the chunks back together.

This is a common problem that they will deal with across their use cases, and they strongly feel that this should be supported at the platform level in a discoverable way to make this easier for their builders.
