Collaborative Skill Editing for Enhanced Productivity Merged

Currently, the person who creates an individual skill, skill flows, or composite flows is the only one with the ability to edit, enhance or improve them. This creates challenges for teamwork, as other team members cannot contribute. To foster collaboration, it would be beneficial to introduce a feature where the author can grant privileged access to other developers, enabling them to edit and enhance skills or skill flows. This would enhance overall developer productivity.
