The disambiguation state must have a counter for the number of attempts that have been made.

The counter will be used to build out business rules that prevent a customer from becoming stuck in a loop. For example, after two unsuccessful attempts to disambiguate the customer is automatically escalated to live support.

Option to hide the skill tiles in the home page without affecting the skill functionality

To enhance an optional feature, when enabled, it can introduce a level of abstraction that hides individual skills within the skill flow from WxO chat window. This allows only the skill flow to be displayed in WxO chat, reducing potential confusion.
