Skill builder should be able to see the content of a skill flow

Today if you are not the author of a skill flow, you cannot see its content. You cannot see how it has been created and what other skills it is using. It would be nice if, based on your role, you could at least see the content of a skill flow.

Extend the session timeout so Assistant can usefully support FB Messenger and other asynch channels experience.

Remember my table layout settings
